While stuck in traffic on Montauk highway, you've probably noticed the shops offering patio furniture. To make things easier, I've put together a list of our favorite finds that have piqued our interest during those summer beach traffic jams.
BRIDGEHAMPTON
Collette Home - 2231 Montauk Hwy, Bridgehampton, NY
Collette is a high-end luxury consignment home décor brand that caters to lovers of the unique and opulent in both the Hamptons & Manhattan. It started in 2000 as a resale apparel shop, and branched into home decor later on. Their eye-catching location in the heart of Bridgehampton always sports outdoor sofas, dining sets and seating. They also have a location in Southampton and NYC as well. From gently used Restoration Hardware, to true Mid Century Modern statement pieces, Collette has something for everyone.
Thayers- 2434 Montauk Hwy, Bridgehampton, NY
Their website claims that they have the largest inventory of outdoor furniture in the Hamptons, so it was only natural to include them on this list.The inventory consists of chaise lounges, sectionals, umbrellas, firepits, and more. The clean neutral color scheme and natural materials represent the essence of the Hamptons. Additionally, their fantastic range
of teak dining tables and outdoor furniture is truly impressive.
WAINSCOTT
Serena & Lily - 332 Montauk Hwy, Wainscott, NY
It's exterior facade is something to gush over. Clean white stucco exterior with a light washed wooden panel across the top. Gorgeous garage doors, and pretty planters and landscaping. Their selection of outdoor furniture is vast, with white sofas, wicker seating, and dining tables perfectly neutral for ocean front views. They seem to be as obsessed with neutrals as we are, with white and teak wood tones ruling their inventory. Also, we are obsessed with their collection of umbrellas (they scream quintessential, preppy Hamptons summer)
Home Goods- 368 Montauk Hwy, Wainscott, NY
We all love a good deal. Home Goods on your drive out East is unbeatable, with amazing pricing for small outdoor knick knacks and one of a kind furniture pieces. Their assortment of products is always changing, so make sure you stop by to snag a good deal while it's around. it's like a TJ Maxx run, you never know what you're going to find, and that's what makes us love you Home Goods!
SOUTHAMPTON
Patio.com Showroom - 1 Montauk Hwy, Southampton, NY
Having a showroom in the Hamptons is a great advantage for Patio.com. They offer an outstanding selection of outdoor furniture options. With aesthetic options ranging from traditional to modern, there is something for everyone here, regardless of your home's style. They carry Tuuci umbrellas (!!!) and their lounge chair selection is unbeatable. Next time you're on your way home from the beach, stop in and take a peek.
Hildreth's- 15 W Main St Southampton, NY
A Southampton staple since 1842, it's style has adapted to match the modern consumer. With a wide selection of unique outdoor furniture, you are sure to find something you like. They even have a kitschy beach section of their website, with Hamptons tote bags and base-less wine glasses to stick in the sand. Unwind after a day of basking in the sun by lounging in a Hildreth's chaise by your pool.
Homenature- 19 Pond Ln, Southampton, NY
This store opened up 20 years ago, with a small space in Amagansett. Today it's Southampton location is a lovely showroom of all things home decor. Rugs, decor, sofas, the list goes on. We're particularly obsessed with the Surf Club dining table. Homenature's pieces are simple, classic & can easily fit into any outdoor space or style.
EAST HAMPTON
Restoration Hardware- 69 Main St East Hampton, NY
Located in the heart of East Hampton is the internationally acclaimed RH. Visit their luxurious showroom and admire the meticulously arranged displays. Although their products tend to be more expensive, their designs are unparalleled. RH is truly the pioneer of outdoor furniture. (We love their Marbella collection) You can browse their online store here and go get tacos at Blue Parrot on your way over to their showroom.
West, Out East- 25 Newton Lane, East Hampton, NY
With locations in both Miami and the Hamptons, you can tell this brand is going to have a fun variety of outdoor furniture options. From bright yellow pouf-inspired chairs to hot pink counter stools, their selection ers more on the ecletic side. For those who prefer classic Hamptons decor, rest assured that there are plenty of options available to cater to your taste. Their outdoor sofa selections are to die for, and don't get us started on the coffee tables.
